- Effectively communicate progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Work closely with all disciplines to ensure your level smoothly incorporates art, audio, and mechanics.

- Design features and experiences that work well across a variety of diverse platforms (phones, consoles, VR, etc.)
- Transform your ideas into well-thought-out designs, with just enough documentation, wireframes, or flow diagrams to communicate them clearly
- Balance a mix of internal feedback, player feedback, and data to test and iterate on experiences

- The ability to work autonomously in fast-moving, ambiguous development environments
- A constant desire to learn, improve, and help others improve
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
