Responsibilities
- Responsible for the level creation in game engine.
- Responsible for the level props organization, request and quality control.
- Responsible for the level optimization, budget and frame rate.

- 与主美或艺术总监紧密合作,确保关卡遵循游戏美术风格与技术规范。
- 配合TA和程序制定游戏的优化方案。
- 根据关卡策划的规划及场景原画的设定负责3D美术资源的制作及整合工作,以架构出整个游戏环境。
- 配合主美和项目经理,制作详细的工作计划表,梳理实际关卡的制作周期及工作量,制定任务优先级,识别和确认风险,并提出解决方案,保证任务的质量与进度。
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Hard-core player, strong passion on game industry and AAA projects
- 2+ years relevant working experience
- Good communication skills
- Good team player
- Strong willing to learn the new things and adapt quickly to the latest tech.
- Good English in writing/reading.
- At least 1 game engine experience (UE, Unity, Cry engine, etc.)
- Good artistic skills and have better understanding on the art logic, composition, colour, rhythm.

- 美术专业背景,2+年以上LA经验(开放世界项目尤佳),熟悉或了解3A游戏的开发流程,以LA的身份参加过1个以上项目的完整开发。
- 熟悉各类模型及贴图软件(3Dmax/SP/SD/ZB/PS)并且能够独立完成场景建筑模型及道具,能够自主拆分和组合模块化建筑模型(有场景、道具设计能力者尤佳)。
- 熟悉UE4或者Unity引擎操作。
- 扎实的美术功底及良好的美术鉴赏能力,通过色彩搭配、阴影、轮廓剪影、构图和美术资产布局来营造氛围,构建出最佳视觉效果的游戏场景。
- 能快速适应不同的美术风格。
- 擅长调整和改善关卡的制作方式以平衡美术效果和游戏性能。
- 卓越的学习能力,能通过自学掌握新技术以运用到实际工作中。
- 良好的抗压能力,不排斥适当的加班。
- 良好的沟通及团队合作精神,极强的责任心和面对挑战的心态,积极主动的工作态度。
- 热爱游戏,对3A 开放世界游戏有深入了解或者资深玩家。
