Level Art Team Lead

Would you like to make your real contribution to World of Tanks PC? The Art department is looking for a Level Art Team Lead to take part in maps creation, to head this process and guide the Level Art Team.

World of Tanks PC is a project with an interesting history, uniting a large number of interesting people who are ready to share their rich expertise.

What will you do?

• Participate in the creation of photorealistic game locations as a Level Artist and as a visionary
• Lead and motivate the Level/Environment Art team, help the people grow professionally and contribute to their career development
• Plan and distribute resources in an efficient way, using such tools as Jira, Target Process, MSP, etc.
• Collaborate actively with art departments and other development units (project management, engineering, testing, etc.)
• Support, optimize and initiate qualitative changes to the content creation process

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years’ experience in game industry as Senior Environment/Level Artist (or in higher level positions) working on PC and/or console projects
• Understanding of/experience with PBR content production pipeline
• Experience leading a team
• A strong desire to grow as a Level Art expert and readiness to share your knowledge, helping other people advance their career
• The sense of ownership and proactive approach to work, strong communication skills
• An up-to-date portfolio with relevant to this role content

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Work experience in game industry in related positions: 2D Artist, 3D Artist, Level Designer
• Education in Arts
• Pre-Intermediate or higher level of English
