Legal Intern

Job Description:

The legal intern will assist the Activision Blizzard legal term in various matters and projects and have great exposure to in-house legal work at a multinational business in a dynamic fast-changing industry. The position is based in Zhangjiang, Shanghai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform research and analysis on various legal issues. Major areas of focus include the China Cybersecurity Law, Minor Protection Law, Advertising Law, E-Commerce Law and Civil Code.
• Legal document translation, review translated contact or documents from vendors.
• Assist with legal administration matters including document management, corporate maintenance and document signing.
• Contract drafting and review, including standard NDA, standard procurement contract etc.
• Assist with IP protection program, including evidence collection, case review and tracking.
• Other tasks assigned from time to time.

Job requirements:

• Major in Law.
• Can work at least 3 days per week.
• Ability to commit to more than 6 months is a plus.
• Attention to details.
• Responsible, detail focused, patient, and highly motivated person.
• Team player.
• Good reading and writing skills in English.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Interest in video games/esports industry.
