Legal Director – Player Experience Worldwide (M/NB/W)

Within Ubisoft's International Headquarters, our Legal team is composed of approximately 70 people, organized by division with dedicated lawyers for each area of expertise.
In this team, you will join the Player Experience division, whose mission is to partner with business teams on all consumer-related topics with a player-centric approach to foster opportunities while mitigating risks.
As Director & head of the team, under the responsibility of a Legal VP, you have a leadership role for global worldwide strategy and compliance for all consumer-related products and projects (e.g. ecommerce, monetization, subscriptions, player safety, toxicity).
You manage a team of 4 lawyers and your missions are the following:
- You sustain a business partners approach by working hand-in-hand with the business teams to provide proactive, strategic and forward-thinking advice about consumer law, authorities’ regulations and guidance, and best practices;
- You proactively build a strong network and actively participate in cross-functional projects and facilitate legal work across all functions, including development and scaling of internal policies, processes, and guidelines;
- You lead the Ubisoft Player Experience legal team to ensure Ubisoft delivers the best players’ experience possible;
- You anticipate, stay apprised of and keep the relevant stakeholders up-to-date with the evolution of the future of ecommerce, online safety and consumer laws in the videogames field and all relevant legal and regulatory developments about consumers;
- You supervise litigation, disputes, players’ complaints and regulatory investigations that may arise;
Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you have a relevant in-house and/or law firm experience working on direct-to-consumer issues, including team management, in an international environment.

- You are comfortable managing complex projects on a global scale;
