Job Overview

Wargaming is looking for Legal Counsel to providefull legal support for Ukrainian legal entity.

What will you do?

Efficient legal support of the everyday company’s operational activity
Provide legal advice and support on a range of issues, including corporate law, labor law, tax law, commercial law
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations as well as identify and manage legal risks
Draft and review legal documents
Assist with the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures to ensure consistent and effective management of legal risks and compliance obligations
Legal support in General Data Protection Regulation

What are we looking for?

At least 3 years of experience as a Legal Counsel
Experience in Administrative, Commercial, Contract, Labor, Tax Law
Experience in game development, IT sphere or legal companies
Advanced English
