POSITION OVERVIEW
This is a 3 month temporary role. The Legal Support Administrator will provide administrative support to the Legal and Business Affairs Team and work closely with the Legal & Licensing Coordinator. The successful candidate will be able to work well within a busy team and be adaptable and well organised. The role will also involve working with, and supporting, all legal team members in a varied, interesting and demanding environment and will be exposed to all areas of the business. We anticipate that the role will be fully remote.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contract administration: processing of all legal contracts, to manage the whole signature process using the contract management system, circulate signed agreements and documents.
- Invoice processing: processing all legal purchase orders and invoices via the Oracle finance system
- Document logging: maintaining legal documentation and updating relevant trackers
- Monthly reports: assisting in the monthly process in producing trademark reports for each studio
- Notary requests: arranging the notarisation/legalisation of documents with the services provider
- Electronic filing: managing the electronic filing of legal documents in the contract management system
- General office admin: provide administrative support to the legal team as and when required.
- Assisting in various legal projects and tasks such as drafting NDAs.
- Ability to deal with queries from the studios.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- A competent and capable administrator with good organisational and time-keeping skills
- Experience working with contract management systems
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Good communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Flexible approach to work with willingness to take on extra responsibilities outside the remit of the job description
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality in respect of information/documents/projects being produced/undertaken
- Competent in using Word, Excel and Outlook
- Legal knowledge/background preferably but not essential
