We are committed to offering our players the world class experiences and customer support, and are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to join our internal Customer Experience team. We can consider hybrid and UK remote working for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Head of Customer Support, you will create and support all aspects of advisor onboarding and development.
- Work with subject matter experts and partners to ensure the quality and consistency of the information available to advisors who help our players directly.
- Create engaging and challenging learning content in multiple formats and incorporate interactive media elements.
- Support Playdemic's player experience goals and quality targets through collaboration with our internal quality analyst, and external quality teams.
- Examine data to find cause of issues to determine if training is the correct solution.
- Create learning content in the Learning Management System (LMS). For your learning events, you ensure audience groups (LMS profiles) are created and maintained in the LMS. You administer learning assessment to classes and produce standard LMS reports.
- Provide instructor-led and virtual instructor-led learning. You will prepare learning rooms and virtual environments for content delivery and follow the process for scheduling and communicating with participants in advance of the delivery. You will test and maintain tech specs in the learning environment and manage classroom participation.
- Manage learning and development relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Must Haves:
- At least 3 years experience working as a Learning and Development Specialist within the games industry or relevant learning and development experience.
- You are an experienced learning consultant. You have experience with instructional design theory and practice, and you offer learning solutions that have measurable growth.
- You take charge of your assignments and lead the results from beginning to end.
- You're efficient and produce quality work.
- A hands-on and independent mentality.
- Commitment to communication and teamwork.
- A passion for games and for providing the very best experiences to the players who love them.
- Experience using industry recognised LMS tools and software.
- Experience with Customer Experience processes and workflows.
Bonus Points:
- Experience using JIRA, Confluence and PlayVox.
- Experience using Helpshift.
- Experience in free-to-play mobile Customer Experience and Support.
