Learning & Development Coordinator

The Learning & Development Coordinator will support the Learning & Development Team with day-to-day administration and event logistics. The incumbent will also provide administrative support to ongoing improvement of existing programs, projects and processes.

Type of Position: Full-Time Contract

Responsibilities:

The main and routine tasks of the Learning & Development Coordinator are to:

· Respond to information requests from employees and requests for changes by employees registered for activities and carry out follow ups;

· Oversee conference process from registration to participation;

· LMS administration;

· Provide the logistical support required for learning events (book rooms, equipment, material);

· Carry out administrative and coordination tasks including but not limited to training event attendance, general mailbox, generating draft reports, and processing paper and electronic documents;

· Oversee studio-wide online learning platform subscriptions and administration;

· Assist with project related tasks as required;

· Process paper and electronic documents;

· Support Learning & Development Manager with diversity, inclusion & belonging initiatives;

· Oversee team processes for streamlining and improvements;

· Carry out all other related tasks.

Qualifications

Training:

College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, education, adult education or equivalent training

Experience:

Minimum 2 years relevant experience in human resources with a focus on learning and development or experience in logistics or project management with a passion for learning

Essential skills:

· Excellent organization skills

· Ability to manage priorities

· Customer service focus

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Other skills:

· Autonomous

· Ability to develop and maintain a network of collaborators

· Results oriented

· Ability to work in uncertainty

· Curiosity and passion for learning

· Knowledge of project management and/or event management

· Knowledge of the video game industry and passion for playing video games
