We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Learning Partner to join our organization. As a Learning Partner, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing effective learning strategies and programs. Your expertise in adult learning, learning technologies, and employee development will help us enhance the learning experience for our employees and drive their professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges.
- Analyze organizational processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement impactful and state of the art learning solutions aligned with business goals.
- Work with internal SMEs and external providers to design relevant and effective learning solutions.
- Design and lead learning programs A to Z.
- Design measurable learning solutions that make an impact - use data to assess the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging practices.
- Build strong relationships as a trusted advisor.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a learning manager or learning business partner in a global tech company.
- Proven experience in designing and executing successful learning programs from global companies.
- Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work with many stakeholders in a high pace environment.
- Lifelong learner, curious, who is up-to-date with the best practices.
- Fast learner with attention to details.
- Data-Driven: ability to use data to design and measure effectiveness.
- Fluent English (verbal and written).
