As the Playtika Learning specialist, you will be part of Playtika’s academy team to maximizing our employee's potential by constantly challenging them, motivating them, and most importantly - making sure they enjoy the ride!

Responsibilities

• Act in a consultative capacity to provide best practice advice and guidance across Playtika
• Support and manage the logistics and operational methods for Academy courses
• Working with internal SMEs and external providers on the creation of learning content.
• Maintain and update existing training to ensure the content remains up to date
• Develop learning programs and modules that support business needs,
• Find the best vendors of external lecturers and negotiate for the best deals
• Continual Examination of needs, feedback and challenges
• Build and implement strategic work plans with professional managers
• Management and day-to-day operation of the learning management system

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in training development
• Learning specialists will be a highly skilled trainer
• Fluent English (verbal and written)
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Curious, fast learner with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Learning technologies/Social Science/Organizational behavior/Organizational Sociology
