As the Playtika Learning specialist, you will be part of Playtika’s academy team to maximizing our employee's potential by constantly challenging them, motivating them, and most importantly - making sure they enjoy the ride!
Responsibilities
- Act in a consultative capacity to provide best practice advice and guidance across Playtika
- Support and manage the logistics and operational methods for Academy courses
- Working with internal SMEs and external providers on the creation of learning content.
- Maintain and update existing training to ensure the content remains up to date
- Develop learning programs and modules that support business needs,
- Find the best vendors of external lecturers and negotiate for the best deals
- Continual Examination of needs, feedback and challenges
- Build and implement strategic work plans with professional managers
- Management and day-to-day operation of the learning management system
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in training development
- Learning specialists will be a highly skilled trainer
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Curious, fast learner with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Learning technologies/Social Science/Organizational behavior/Organizational Sociology
