OVERVIEW:

Our goal is to develop leaders, testers and associates to meet a rapidly changing and growing studio environment. 2K Madrid diversity and ambition calls for game-changing, pioneering new content and approaches to training. This is an exceptional opportunity and an exciting moment to support and shape the success of training across QA studios.

While this is an individual contributor role, you will work in close partnership with HR, management and leadership development professionals. You will need strong learning and listening skills to rapidly integrate with the culture, and the professional experience to partner with management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Facilitate and manage the New Hire Orientation process for training new hires on company values, policies and procedures

· Train new hires during the first week on how to utilize tools and processes for bug testing

· Create and update training using the best training methods for a specific purpose or audience

· Gather and evaluate information from team members and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and areas of additional opportunity

· Market studio training opportunities to team members and provide information on training initiative benefits to encourage participation

· Create training schedules and inform team members of upcoming scheduled training

· Attend training and meetings to learn new training methods and techniques and use the knowledge to prepare and coordinate future training sessions

· Assess individual knowledge and skills to identify learning gaps for additional support and training required, while providing tailored recommendations

· Be forward thinking when designing or redesigning instructional learning programs; ensuring that they adhere to adult learning principles/theory, instructional design theory and related strategies

· Evaluate, maintain, and communicate internal computer-generated, on-the-job and classroom training programs on a regular basis to better the learner’s experience and maximize knowledge transfer

· Enthusiastically train new or existing employees on the specifics of their new job function using your expertise in adult teaching principles, adjusting the program delivery to suit the learning style and capabilities of the learner

· Be the guru of post-learning tests to measure levels of understanding and retention of employees who recently underwent a training program

· Coach and support employees through planning and delivering training programs to various group sizes ranging from individual to large groups

· Facilitate various Employee Development initiatives and projects to realign the department with our strategy

· Meticulously coordinate the full cycle of administrative details surrounding facilitating training space, materials and participants needs

· Work within tight deadlines and provide valuable input on projects to enhance and customize training processes to exceed operational needs

· Diligently provide regular detailed status reports to teams while providing recommendations on corrective actions

· Enjoy staying ahead of the curve when it comes to Development, Adult Learning trends, and best practices

· Manage and track training records and progress in the LMS for QA studios

· Perform other duties as needed
