Talent Management Manager

We're looking for a talented and passionate Talent Management SME to be part of the People area. This position is remote and based in Brazil.
The incumbent will collaborate on the design of employee training programs, succession plans, performance evaluation cycles and internal promotions processes. To be successful in this role, you should have a strategic mindset in order to develop a skilled workforce of different areas and based in many locations.

What you'll do
- Collaborate on the creation and standardization of talent management and organizational development processes, looking for gaps and presenting solutions for continuous improvement;
- Support people development strategies to enable business growth considering our global operations, respecting regional characteristics and individualities;
- Enable the transformation of the current teams into highly efficient ones, through People Performance Evaluation Cycles and People Development Programs;
- Work on simultaneous projects in a collaborative way;
- Look and maintain data that will support the leadership decisions.
What you'll need
- Fluency in English (must) and Portuguese (nice to have);
- Solid working experience in HR-related functions that includes management/leadership development and talent review, preferably in a startup situation (of a company, of an area) or revamping an existing process;
- Demonstrated orientation to understanding the business and business strategy, and the ability to apply talent management process and tools to support strategic business objectives;
- Demonstrated personal drive and sense of urgency pushing self and others for results; delivers on results despite obstacles.
