Do you love training and developing internal teams on a global scale? AppLovin is looking for our first Learning and Development (L&D) Manager. You will be pivotal to attracting, retaining and developing internal talent globally. You will be hands-on in architecting and implementing training and development programs and measuring organizational effectiveness with training and development initiatives. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and cross functional partners to ensure that programs are effective, meaningful and truly making an impact in individual development and career progression that also delivers on the needs of the Company.
