Job Description

Snowdrop is a powerful game engine that enables Ubisoft content creators to set their creative minds free. Fast and flexible, Snowdrop gives developers innovative tools designed from the ground up for creating the unknown. Snowdrop provides the perfect canvas for game developers to paint the games of the future.

As a Lead UX Designer, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing user experiences within Snowdrop systems and advancements. Your primary responsibilities include crafting UX specifications and overseeing the entire design process, from the initial concept to seamless implementation. You'll also tackle the challenge of structuring intricate content and information systems, translating them into user-friendly scenarios, wireframes, and functional specifications. Your leadership will extend to defining project requirements, ensuring alignment with both user needs and business goals.

Collaboration is key, and you'll work closely with various stakeholders, including the Snowdrop Product Director, the Snowdrop Core Team, the Brand and Communication team, as well as technical and specialist development teams. This ensures that your research and design efforts align perfectly with specific project requirements and broader company objectives.

We're seeking someone with a true passion for UX, who can inspire fellow design professionals within our digital portfolio and shape our team's UX mindset. You have the ability to analyze data from various sources, including product requirements, technical constraints, UX research, web analytics, and industry trends, to craft efficient user scenarios, taxonomies, classification schemes, navigation systems, and design patterns.
