Our Experience Design Studio at King is looking for a Lead UX Designer. As part of King’s Global Marketing Communications group, we collaborate over all of King’s world- class communications across advertising, marketing and in- game.

Your Role Within our Kingdom

The role is very versatile and you should prepare to take on many different kinds of tasks, from understanding challenges and constraints to ideate solutions and validate which one suits the best business and players.

You’ll be leading UX design covering tool workflows for live operations, performance marketing, game configuration, in- game economy management, metrics reporting, customer support management, personalisation and AI.

You will have a deep understanding of user centric design processes as well as how research insights can be applied to inform design decisions.

You will lead the UX Design and strategy of King’s Game Platform.

You will develop and build relationships across teams and Product Managers to promote collaboration, efficiency and consistency in our platform.

You will assist our PMs and developers in executing all UX design deliverables from concept, exploration and research to interaction and visual design.

You will conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user- friendliness to complex user flows.

You will establish and promote a user- centric design approach, top practices and standards being able to facilitate and lead design thinking state of the art practices.

You will provide customer focused leadership by working closely with the business and technical teams to develop product strategy, use cases, and high- level requirements that ensure alignment across our Platform.
