Job Title: Lead UX Designer

Summary
Final Strike Games is looking for a talented leader in UX/UI design, that has experience managing teams as well as contributing through design and concept development. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading UX/UI teams across AAA titles, possesses a quality portfolio of design and conceptual skills, and strong communication and mentoring abilities. In order to apply for this role, please be prepared to provide a portfolio showcasing successful UX and relevant digital painting skills for several shipped titles.
Duties
- Shepherd the process of building industry-leading UX/UI assets
- Work closely with the leadership team across Art/Design and Engineering
- Mentor and lead a team of UX/UI designers, manage timelines, communicate and present to leadership.
- Get hands on when needed and contribute through UX wireframes/prototypes/ as new features come online
- Document feature designs and work with artists and engineers to scope work for sprints/milestones
- Effectively distribute feedback from the Leadership team while advancing the established designs.
- Manage timelines and tasks across the game's needs and requirements.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ Years of experience as a lead or senior UX/UI artist
- Minimum 2 AAA shipped titles
- Proficient in Photoshop/Illustrator/AfterEffects
- Unreal Engine knowledge a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Able to independently and creatively solve UX/UI technical challenges
- Absolute passion for playing and making video games
