Lead Technical Project Manager

This is a US based- Remote position.

We are seeking a Lead Technical Project Manager who can embrace our philosophy and share their hard-earned expertise to develop breakthrough augmented reality experiences. You will thrive in managing all aspects of projects and initiatives across the company including planning, resourcing, risk mitigation, external vendor relationships, and other related tasks. In our dynamic environment, outstanding management, multitasking skills, and meticulous attention to detail are essential. You have demonstrated your expertise in project management through your ability to lead and inspire teams, steer complex projects to completion, and meet critical deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring that all team members understand the product vision, their roles and responsibilities, and have the necessary resources and support to achieve success
• Setting and overseeing project schedules, productivity towards milestones, and are able to identify issues to eliminate roadblocks
• Maintain ownership across venue and ecommerce initiatives to ensure projects align with company goals and metrics
• Ability to thoroughly understand technical aspects, design decisions, product goals, etc. to lead discussions with Engineering, Creative, and Product leads
• Mentor and manage Project Management team

REQUIREMENTS

• 8+ years of experience as a project manager with at least 5 years in a lead position
• A software engineering degree or equivalent work experience that allows for a deep understanding of AR technology and SaaS products
• Expertise in Jira and Confluence
• Proficiency with production methodologies including Scrum and Agile
• Strong team management, communication, and mentoring skills

PLUSES

• Experience working on SaaS products
• Experience with and / or passion for Augmented Reality (ARKit/ARCore)
• Experience developing products on web and mobile (Android/iOS)
• PMI/PMP certification or other project certifications (e.g. Agile, Scrum, etc.)
• Experience in product management
