Lead Technical Artist

SciPlay is a leading developer and publisher of digital games on mobile and web

platforms, providing highly entertaining free-to-play games that millions of people play every day.

We’re looking for a highly skilled Technical Artist to shape our game and help establish and sustain a pipeline for maintaining and creating mobile Graphical Assets. As a tech artist in Sciplay you will work along with artists and programmers to integrate assets into the mobile game. You will work from within the Unity Editor and be responsible for profiling the game & identifying problematic areas in order to create solutions for various platforms.

• Profile app performance and render issues using given tools
• identify problem areas and draw call issues
• Create and modify existing tools, scripts, or assets for mobile

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Unity Engine
• At least 3 year of experience in a 2D package, preferably Photoshop, and sprite atlas management.
• Experience in developing for the mobile platform
• Basic knowledge of scripting (C#) – must.
• Previous experience working in the gaming industry – big advantage
