Lead Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d)

As a lead Talent Acquisition Manager at Klang, you will join our People and Talent team and will be responsible for the whole recruiting operations. You will join in an exciting phase and support our growth over the coming years by building out an efficient in-house recruiting function. We are looking for a highly empathetic and proactive person with a people-centric mindset.
About the role
- You will own the entire recruiting process - from creating the job ad, sourcing, screening, interviewing to negotiating and closing the offer
- You will work collaboratively with the wider People team to integrate our cultural values into this process and with Finance to make sure that our hiring plan is always up to date and integrates with our forecasts
- You will proactively stay on top of the interview process to ensure the best candidate experience
- You will work closely with hiring managers across multiple departments. You will support and consult them on how to build effective teams, share best practices and build a trusting, transparent and open relationship with all internal stakeholderץ
- You will analyze and constantly improve our recruiting process with KPIs and your data-driven approach
- You will build strong pipelines across multiple roles through active sourcing
- You will constantly improve our applicant management system (currently Workable) and the way it integrates with our other systems and processes to make sure that the entire employee life-cycle is one seamless flow.
- You will support our employer branding with relevant insight and ensure an excellent candidate experience
Requirements
- You have 3-4 years of recruiting experience in a dynamic environment
- You win over candidates in a heartbeat, build trust and excite people about Klang
- You had your first leadership experiences with managing a small team
- You have successfully filled a wide range of engineering, design and business positions
- You know how to manage relationships effectively with external stakeholders (such as specialized agencies) and negotiate contracts independently
- Ideally you have experience with international scaling and hiring across borders / in remote setups
- You are great at structuring, prioritizing, and managing multiple challenges simultaneously and autonomously while keeping your colleagues and stakeholders in the loop
- You are a positive and empathic person with strong communication and negotiation skills
- You are fluent in English, German language is a plus, but not a must
