The world could always use more heroes…
The Overwatch Team is looking for an accomplished designer to lead our Systems Design Team.
The ideal candidate has proven experience as a leader, and a strong background in system design, especially in critical thinking and analysis. You are passionate about video games, knowledgeable about Overwatch, and are excited to contribute to the overall success of our team!
But, most importantly, you are a strong communicator, and you want to share your experiences and knowledge with others, helping mentor your team of designers and level up those around you.
We embrace the core philosophy of our IP: We are stronger as a team. If you're looking for people who support each other in times of success, as well as adversity, you may be the next Hero we're looking for!
