- Lead the Platform Services team, which is responsible for the PHP based central applications like the account system and central software libraries shared by multiple game websites
- Translate between team and management and vice versa, align the team to department and company goals
- Strive for a maximum productive team and enable teammates to develop and enhance their skills
- Support other teams integrating with the central services and libraries
- Maintain and develop the service landscape
- Ensure the quality and uptime of the central services
Requirements
- University degree in the fields of Computer Science, Computer Engineering or comparable qualification
- Extensive practical knowledge and experience in PHP, MySql, Docker and CI/CD in a professional environment
- Profound programming skills with best-practice knowledge and experience in designing and developing scalable web applications in a good quality
- Experience with leading a small team of software developers is a plus
- Ability to professionally communicate in English (written/spoken)
