Jam City is seeking a motivated, skilled Lead Engineer to join our client architecture team! We are focused on integrating machine learning and other advanced technologies that can be leveraged across the entire Jam City portfolio of games. If you have a passion for games and an awesome engineering background, come join us!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and lead a team of engineers through hiring, coaching, mentoring, feedback, and hands-on career development.
- Work effectively with a large variety of internal customers and game teams around the globe.
- Actively participate in integration and deployment of Jam City technologies across the entire company.
- Work closely with the production team and product managers to support timely delivery of technical solutions to address business needs.
- Grow a healthy, collaborative engineering culture in line with the company values.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ideally 2+ years managing a team of developers.
- 5+ years of development experience with C#.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Unity3D app development and/or native iOS and/or Android development processes.
- Familiarity with git and GitHub.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar Project Management tools.
NICE TO HAVE
- Operation and maintenance of live mobile or web games.
- Interest and comprehension of machine learning, AI, and big data technologies.
