We are looking for someone like you to become our all-new Lead QA Analyst and join our passionate and talented QA team, where we are building on the years of success that Rebellion has enjoyed.
Lead QA Analyst role:
The Lead QA Analyst role is a new role dedicated to the day-to-day coordination of QA teams across multiple offices and platforms and performing assessments of projects with dev teams to identify all projects testing needs. You will verify the quality of all elements of the game product, and create and maintain, clear, well-defined test plans. As part of the QA team, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of the next instalment of Sniper Elite for Rebellion.
This role would suit an experienced QA Lead who has performed lead duties on the full development cycle of a game with expert knowledge of game testing models.
The Rebellion QA team is dedicated to ensuring all the games Rebellion release are designed and developed to the highest standard.

- Clear well-defined test plans
- Perfectly executed testing process for the project
- Day to day coordination of QA teams across multiple offices and platforms.
- Answer queries from development, production and QA team members, generally assisting with the development and testing process
Well organised QA team able to support all project testing needs
Responsibilities
- Communicating and coordinating with external testing teams
- Performing assessments of projects with development and production teams to identify all areas requiring tests, and providing risk assessment and to avoid problems and bottlenecks in the QA process
- Creating and maintaining clear well defined test plans
- Verify the quality of all elements of the game or product, by planning and ensuring the execution of all necessary tests
- Be an active mentor and role model for the QA team. Work to maintain morale and create an atmosphere of enthusiasm

Requirements
- Expert knowledge of game testing models
- Expert knowledge of bug testing and tracking software (JIRA, Devtrack)
- Expert knowledge of the video game development process
- Expert knowledge of the 8th and 9th generation of consoles and PC platforms
- Has performed Lead QA duties on the full development cycle of a game. From production and alpha up to and including release
- Able to complete work with high level of autonomy
- Able to respond and adapt to changing circumstances to get the best results in a climate of ambiguity
- Understanding and execution of common current gen compliance test cases (TRC/XR/Lotchecks)
