We are now incredibly excited to be recruiting for our new Unannounced Project.
We are headquartered in Seoul, South Korea and sit within the KRAFTON, Inc. corporation. From our Amsterdam office, we cover Europe, Middle East & Africa, and the CIS region, and have teams dedicated to Game Development, Product Management, Esports, Content, Communications, Creative, Merchandise, HR and more.
Our office is situated in the Amsterdam Arena area, a buzzing business hub in the southeastern part of the city. Accommodating some of the world’s largest and most exciting companies, the area also transforms at night into a popular social destination. Not far from our office, you’ll find iconic venues such as the Ziggo Dome, Heineken Music Hall and Johan Cruijff Arena – home of Ajax Football Club.
Our Amsterdam team reflects the city’s diverse look and feel. Being mainly expats, we currently represent more than 20 different nationalities – and we are still growing and adding to our team.
We are now looking for a new Lead Product Marketing Manager to join us and oversee a range of higher-level marketing activities across the EMEA region as well as directly manage our existing local Product Marketing Managers.
In the Lead Product Marketing Manager role, you will:
- Lead local Product marketing managers acting as the cross-functional leader and overall business results owner for his/her titles across EMEA
- Own product positioning and define cores USPs based on strategic consumer, market and brand insights
- Create a multi-year strategy that anticipates the players’ needs across platforms and geographies
- Define the brand ecosystem strategy across platforms defining the roles of each platform in the context of the holistic Consumer journey
- Be accountable for the ultimate success of the EMEA marketing campaign, it’s ROI and the quality of the integrated cross channel consumer journey and creative strength
- Own the marketing budget and its allocations
- Be accountable for geographic growth strategy and identification of strategic market needs (localizations/customizations/distribution/campaigns etc.)
- Be the key marketing and communication partner for leaders in the publishing teams
Our ideal candidate will:
- Have proven experience managing a team of marketing professionals
- Must have broad experience and understanding of all facets of the marketing discipline including market research, product positioning, consumer promotions, online innovation and stellar creative development
- Love video games! (we will consider people from relevant industries so long as they have a real passion for our craft)
- Be an excellent project manager
- Have experience and knowledge in multi-lingual marketing organizations
- Be a prolific storyteller – capable of influencing and engaging external and internal stakeholders in a brand vision and journey
- Experience within an international environment

- Proficiency in any of the following languages is considered a big plus: Korean, French, German, Turkish or Russian.
