GSN Games (A Scopely Company) is looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join our Looney Tunes: World of Mayhem game team in India.

Looney Tunes: World of Mayhem has delighted fans for the last 4 years on iOS and Android, and is actively working to identify further expansion opportunities. The game has grossed over 100M in revenue and upwards of 40M downloads since launch. It’s a mobile RPG with over 225+ characters, and a ton of content, in-depth features, live events and is continuing to create fun and immersive experiences for our players.
What you will do:
- You will be dedicated to the creation, configuration, and maintenance of in-game promotional events, contests, new content, and sales to drive monthly KPI goals for their game.
- As a Lead Product Manager, you will contribute to the long-term live ops strategy, balance of the game’s economy, as well as ROI analysis for future features for the game. Live events are an integral part of the success of our games and offer our players unique experiences each day. You will collaborate with an experienced product team dedicated to maximizing KPIs.
- Define and execute a comprehensive Live Ops strategy and detailed multi-quarter plan for events, sales and new game content to hit planned KPI targets and maximize long-term customer value.
- Analyze the performance of events and sales and their impact on KPIs and game health to inform iterations and optimizations.
- Provide key insights into product performance and uncover opportunities for further engagement and monetization.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Analysts to assess trends in the key in-game economies that impact business KPIs. Identify issues and opportunities, and develop strategies to improve game economy health.
- Support the product feature and tool roadmap by surfacing unmet player and team needs.
- Create regular performance reports for key stakeholders.
What you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management working across live operations, economy balancing, and/or feature design in free-to-play games.
- Strong passion for games, and regularly play new titles to identify trends, new practices and mechanics
- Experience designing successful features or systems that drive player engagement, retention and investment for a live service product
- You’ll have to make the leap from understanding what’s going on to brainstorming ways to improve it. Ultimately, success is about implementing campaigns and events that have a big impact on our users
- Strong understanding of how game economies work, change, and impact business KPIs.
- Understanding of game design concepts and principles
- Flexible, adaptable self-starter, able to identify obstacles and work through.
- Proven ability to own, build and iterate functions and processes
- Proven track record as a strong team player with strong verbal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across multiple disciplines and cultures
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
