Lead Product Manager, Mobile

What We Need:

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager who will work with external developers to bring the product to the next level by providing data insights, feedback, and feature ideas. You will maximize the value of beloved 2K IPs and build world-class mobile games that will impact our players’ lives.

What You Will Do:

Reporting to our Director of Product Management, you will:

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of complex features spanning multiple areas. This involves writing and consulting on specs and manage design challenges
• Monitor core KPIs to diagnose and triage issues and opportunities and ensure that product decisions are based on in-depth data analysis
• Set short term and long term revenue goals, core KPI goals for internal and external teams. Hold the team accountable to deliver roadmap items that achieve the end goals.
• Manage product roadmap for Asia region expansion
• Lead product world wide launch strategy in collaboration with marketing, user acquisition, licensing, PR, and Community etc.
• Creative presentations that communicate project progress, challenges and next steps to executives
• Coordinate with product marketing, user acquisition on daily basis for binary releases and geo expansions

Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:

• 5+ years of experience leading f2p mobile games throughout the entire life cycle
• Outstanding data analysis skills and experience using data to solve business problems
• Strong ability to negotiate and lead by influence with external developer
• Strong customer empathy, and the ability to blend user research with data to create a prioritized product roadmap
• Advanced Excel and powerpoint proficiency required. Ability to present to executives about high-level talk points
• Outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical skills, and attention to detail
• Strong passion for games, creating fun, and exciting user experiences
• BA/BS degree, MBA preferred
