Lead Product Manager H/F

Job Description

Seated at the heart of the Knowledge Management department, you will lead the team responsible for the Ubisoft digital workplace product strategy. You’ll be leading the development and growth of products helping employees access to different information, learnings and knowledge within the company. You will facilitate collaboration across all levels of Ubisoft: between jobs, projects, studios and business branches.

You will join the KM Product Team as Lead, overviewing these types of products:

• Information retrieval products (Search, Sites Catalog, Personal Homepage, Services dashboard, Glossary)
• Employee information (Employee Profile, Floormap)
• Communication (Internal Blog, Internal Social Network, Video Service)
• Collaboration & documentation (Confluence, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online)

Your missions:

• Define, own & lead vision, strategy, metrics & KPIs for the portfolio of digital workplace products
• Lead and mentor a team of 5-6 Product Managers dedicated to Digital Workplace products
• Establish and leverage productive relationships with internal stakeholders (KM Program Managers, UX team, Corporate & Local Communication, HR, R&D, Business, IT, power users and more)
• Ensure we deliver & maintain the best tools for people to collaborate, learn & access information efficiently from anywhere
• Oversee product adoption strategy and roadmap to ensure employees are taking the most from the Digital workplace products.
• Provide visibility on the team progress
• Keep up with and identify broader market and technology trends in the Digital Workplace space and take actions to ensure Ubisoft will lead innovation in the space.

Qualifications

Benefiting from at least 5 years’ experience as a product management role within an international context, and an experience in managing people, you seek to join a team that defines itself as "serious about fun". You are a strong advocate of the Product approach to build and grow software users love.
