We're looking for a Lead Product Designer to bring product management and coordination for a cutting-edge, skunkworks project, exploring new technologies to transform interactive entertainment.
Reporting to the Project's GM, you will drive feature and system level design for a project with the ambition to shape the future of interactive experiences for millions of players.
- 3+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on developing and customizing design systems.
- Demonstrated understanding of design methodology, user-centered design principles, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experience
- Experience partnering with engineering, marketing, and product management teams to bring products from concept to launch.
- Proficiency with Figma and Motion Design tools such as Rive or Adobe After Effects.
- Visual design skills, with the ability to create compelling and cohesive visual identities for digital products.

BASE SALARY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $122,300 - $170,600 USD Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
