COVID-19 Hiring Update: We’ve temporarily transitioned to a work from home model. In 2022, most NCSOFT employees will adopt a hybrid schedule working from home part-time (outside of positions identified as either 100% onsite or 100% remote). In-person collaboration is a huge part of making great games so only a select few positions are available for full-time remote work.
