Role

Klang is looking for a Lead Producer (f/m/d) who thrives on building dynamic studio teams by challenging the status quo, developing people, and bringing groundbreaking ideas to life through immersive online experiences. As Lead Producer (f/m/d) at Klang, you will lead a team of Producers and partner with game development teams and key stakeholders to develop and manage our production processes to bring SEED to our players. You will shape production strategies, provide mentorship, and help solve creative challenges.

What you will do:

• Be responsible for the production of an ambitious and well-funded cross-platform CO-OP MMO.
• Manage a growing team of over 50+ people (Feature Teams, Art Production, Engineering, Mobile, etc.)
• Work closely with our Executive Producer, publishing, development, and creative teams to establish project scope, deliverables, and milestones
• Purposely focus on long-term strategy, as well as efficient planning and delivery, to ensure we meet our production objectives and achieve creative and technical excellence
• Lead the continuous improvement of our production departments, further improve and establish best practices
• Coordinate the work of the production department which supports our game feature teams
• Hire, lead, coach, and develop both senior and junior members of your team

Who we think will be a great fit:

• 6+ years of experience in video games production preferable on PC/Console
• Previous experience as a Lead Producer would be a big plus
• Shipped at least one game through product development cycle
• Deep experience managing Producers and collaborating across various business units
• Dynamic leaders that can understand and integrate various production methods and approaches
• Innovative production architect, including the ability to design new approaches where needed
• Invested in building community through immersive experience
