Savage Game Studios was formed in 2020 by industry veterans from studios such as Rockstar, Insomniac, Supercell, Wargaming and Rovio. In 2022 we joined PlayStation, making Savage the founding studio of the PlayStation Studios Mobile Division.

The Role:
Savage Game Studios are looking for a Lead Producer to join their team in Helsinki.
You should be a communicative, process-driven Producer with a record of improving processes and scaling successful teams. You should have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, production at every stage of development, and most importantly, a proactive and player-focused approach.
You’ll be working closely within a team of talented Designers, Engineers, and Artists, and be an instrumental figure in ensuring the success of our IPs (both now and in the future).
Responsibilities
- Build, lead and manage a team of producers, providing mentorship to level up their knowledge and skills
- Organize and lead multi-disciplinary feature pods to ensure they reach goals on time, whilst hitting a high quality bar
- Take responsibility of the game teams’ productivity by coordinating development efforts through processes
- Champion our positive culture of cooperation, transparency and communication.
- Manage the project risk register, develop and communicate clear, actionable mitigation plans to the leadership team
- Identify and raise production needs of the game team to the Game Director
- Own the high level planning documentation for the game ensuring that features are efficiently prioritized and ensure stakeholders sign off
- Collaborate with the game team leads to ensure that processes and production practices are being followed across all the crafts
Required Skills
- A minimum of 6 years experience in game production roles
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a leadership role
- One shipped game from pre-production to launch
- Experience with agile and waterfall development
- Experience working with outsourcing
- Experience with agile and project management tools
- Experience with production pipelines on medium to large teams (30+ people)
Desirable Skills
- Worked on 3D action games
- Worked on mobile games
