Lead Producer, Games
Osmo is a whole-child educational product for parents looking to grow more than just their child’s academic potential. We create engaging educational programs that help kids find that magical moment between digital adventure and physical, hands-on play. Used by over 1M families and 30,000 schools, Osmo was categorized as “the best inventions” by Time Magazine in 2014 when it launched, and continues to win awards, accolades and rave reviews.
A lead producer at Osmo is responsible for ensuring consistent, high quality product launches across a product line. You'll be involved from concept to launch, and will support the team by providing and implementing high volume scalable processes, properly allocating resources across projects, collaborating with product managers on roadmaps, and setting up communication pipelines that are optimized for efficiency while keeping teams focused and empowered! You are someone who can quickly identify problems that are affecting the product, or the team, and act quickly to resolve them. The day-to-day interactions within the team are just as important, and while processes can go a long way to making daily interactions smooth and effortless, you are expected to step in and run the teams day-to-day as needed.

- Gather project requirements, goals, and scope estimates to coordinate and track project tasks and progress
- Collaborate with engineers, artists, curricular specialists, and key stakeholders to create compelling products that help kids learn
- Proactively identify potential risks and take action to troubleshoot, prevent and resolve
- Provide additional project support as needed for production tasks such as localization, tutorial design, user tests, and external beta testing
- Continual iteration and improvement of product design based on team feedback, user tests, and your own evaluation
Qualifications
- 7+ years experience having launched multiple products as a Producer in game development or as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or in Product Operations

- Self-managing; driven and motivated
- Ability to think creatively, iterate rapidly, and participate in an environment where competing priorities require change
- Experience taking product requirements and translating them into high-level project plans to show resource utilization and from there, expectations on weekly and daily tasks
