Lead, Physical Security & Risk (APAC)

The opportunity
Unity Technologies is building a world-class Global Business Protection (GBP) team to identify, manage and ultimately mitigate all incidents involving the safety, security and risk to both our colleagues and to the global portfolio of workplaces in which they work.
We are now ready to add a Regional Manager, Physical Security & Risk (PSR) for the APAC region! This position reports to the Global Manager of PSR, and will be based out of our Singapore office.
The mission of Unity’s Global Business Protection (GBP) organization is to empower Unity's ecosystem by protecting the people, workplaces, assets, and products of Unity from both intentional and unintentional physical harm so that our company can thrive in a more sustainable world
Together we’ll craft, develop, and lead company PSR policies, programs, and processes for the Unity offices located within the APAC region.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead, assess and apply existing or emerging PSR regulations, policies and industry practices
- Perform annual security vulnerability, risk assessments and handle PSR incident investigations
- Assist with the safety and security of company-sponsored conferences/events
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships across all business functions
- Provide PSR service, solutions, programs, standard methodologies and technical mentorship to business management and support functions to optimally and efficiently manage for offices in your region
- Collect, measure and analyze regional and site PSR metrics to discover trends for continuous quality improvement or corrective measures
What we’re looking for
- Experience in any of the following roles: business continuity, crisis management, due diligence, emergency response, facilities, HR, IT, incident management, operations, risk, safety, or security
- Experience leading or implementing physical security and risk programs, processes, policies, operations, or related functions
- Proven strong interpersonal and customer service skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving methodology
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in global corporate security
- A willingness to work irregular hours and/or to be “on-call” as-needed in support of 24/7 evolving risk events that could negatively impact our business operations.
- The ability to travel up to 50% of the time, regionally—visit our offices in fantastic cities!

- Knowledge of access control systems and process, guard force management, reporting security metrics, security audits and incident reporting
- Experience in the tech sector with comfort learning new software systems
- Passion for building and nurturing a fun, positive, and collaborative culture across multiple teams
