Lead Product Manager, Live Ops

Summary

We are looking for a seasoned, highly analytical Lead Live Operations Product Manager to join our studio. The Live Operations Lead will play a critical role developing & executing our live operations strategy and be an integral part of the product team for a new game in development. The qualified candidate will lead a team of live ops managers to develop and execute the live ops calendar. They will own the roadmap for building new live operations features, campaigns, and tools that deliver significant performance uplift and/or operational efficacy. They will partner with our business intelligence team to structure & coordinate analyses that improve the impact of campaigns & liveops features to increase player engagement, monetization, and retention.
