The Role
We are looking for a seasoned, world-class Lead Live Operations Producer to join our Live Operations team to help drive tool and process improvements that drive operational excellence all teams companywide. In this key role, you will own all aspects of the Live support model for all products in the ProbablyMonsters portfolio.

What You Will Do
- Lead the Live Operations Production team with a focus on mentorship and delivery.
- Work with leaders across the company to understand needs, align priorities and deliver necessary processes and support models for multiple products at scale
- Create visibility and clarity into the health and status of platform technologies.
- Develop and support launch readiness programs.
- Lead the project management of the Live Operations and SRE teams
- Develop and own a robust Change Management process
- Put people first, every time
Qualifications
- 5+ years as a program manager or producer in Live Operations
- 2+ years Leading Live Operations teams
- A working knowledge of ITIL fundamentals
- Capacity to collaborate with other disciplines to take high-level goals, and translate them into clear, measurable tasks
