Lead Lighting Artist (F/H/NB) - NEW PROJECT

Job Description
The Lead Lighting Artist will be in charge of managing the team Lighting & Weather Art by making sure that your collaborators are delivering on time and at the right level. Your role will be also to challenge them on a creative side to increse the quality of the lights and different weather conditions to create a very unique render.
Main missions:
- Understanding the project artistic direction to decline it within the game lightings and weathers,
- Staging through believable and realistic posing and arrangement of lights in the world, missions and menus
- Adding lights within the game cinematics
- Reviewing and validating the lighting and Weathers produced and making sure that they’re aligned with the artistic vision of the project
Management :
- Organizing and coordinating the daily task of the team to make sure that the schedule and quality are maintained
- Supervising, leading, guiding and motivating the team members
- Managing and follow the team recruitment,
- Managing with the HR’s the evaluations and help the members of your team to evolve on a professional aspect
- Accompanying the Level Artists on the lighting part
Qualifications
- Highly proficient in written and spoken English
- Excellent knowledge of the video game industry
- Awareness on the technical constraints of a game engine
- Excellent technical knowledges of 2D and 3D softwares
- Axquintances on game engines and game platforms
- Comfortable with softwares such as Unity, Unreal Engine, Cry Engine
