Lead Growth Marketer

The Nitty Gritty:

We see this position as a key leader who will be responsible for the distribution of the product to our users and partners. The lead will succeed by driving growth-oriented hands-on marketing at various stages of the lifecycle of the game, its content, token and marketplace.

The Duties:

• Build out a healthy and economical acquisition channel portfolio for our newest game that will grow our brand awareness, increase traffic, and build our customer base. Test and experiment across channels (paid, organic, referral, partner) to unlock new growth opportunities for our business.

• Define and implement a well-integrated go to market strategy for launch and growth across our product verticals - Game, Assets, Community (Players, Creators, Influencers, Investors) and Marketplace. Establish and chase meaningful milestones for new active users, investor participation and asset price growth (Tokens and NFTs).
  
• Develop, plan, launch, and analyze performative customer acquisition and retention campaigns with a focus on minimizing effective CPI and maximizing LTV. Own creation and analysis of performance at a cohort level.

• Define, measure, and analyze critical KPIs for the marketing acquisition efforts. Create dashboards, Identify, and propose opportunities to optimize customer acquisition, referral, loyalty, and affiliate programs.

• Analyze media effectiveness and ROI, together with Marketing Analytics team and creative teams

• Manage all aspects of all marketing programs including content, search, social, referral, email, and other media. This includes overseeing the content strategy, budgeting, and optimization of these channels, including social media, video, influencer content, marketplaces, content aggregators.

• Be the voice of our audience to help inform future growth initiatives that we want to test which might include things like audience expansion, internationalization, and new feature development

• Work cross-functionally with product, design, and analytics to optimize early player onboarding, ads, landing pages, airdrops, viral loops. Identify and execute on opportunities to increase sales and site conversion.

The Essentials:

• Experience working in and leading acquisition/growth marketing strategy, preferably in the B2C Gaming/High Scale Consumer Internet/E-commerce/Fintech. Ideal if you have seen through the growth of the product after launch for about 3-4 years as well.

• Experience hiring, managing, and coaching a high performing team of marketing professionals across verticals

• Analytical lead with a proven record of accomplishment of driving and accelerating revenue growth to lead new customer acquisition efforts, increase retention and grow brand awareness. Executes based on judgement derived from hypothesis testing.

• Understanding of Crypto and DeFi landscape and understands web3 paradigms like community first marketing, air drops and token hype cycles

• Proven record of accomplishment of standing up channels/growth loops, delivering traffic/leads, and contributing revenue from your acquisition programs. First-hand experience in growing new channels is desirable.

• Well versed in analytics packages, reporting formats, budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing marketing operations to ensure we grow in a fiscally responsible way.
