Lead Generation Executive

- Generate and qualify leads through research, evaluation, segmenting, scoring, qualification, and data quality
- Analyze data and conduct market research to identify and target potential clients
- Use MS Excel to match leads with target profiles
- Support and work closely with client-facing sales teams
- Contribute to multi-channel marketing lead generation initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities in CRM systems
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Work well within a local and distributed team environment
- Be organized and methodical
- Take initiative and be proactive
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or other data-driven activities within commercial B2B sales and marketing teams
- Strong understanding and experience of key lead generation principles and techniques including research, evaluation, segmenting, scoring, qualification, and data quality
- Experience in data analysis and wider market research
- Strong MS Excel skills essential, able to use research and data to match leads with target profiles. Experience in use of Pivot tables preferred
- Good knowledge of digital, social and content marketing techniques and concepts
- Experience with CRM systems is required
- Evidence of supporting and working closely with client-facing Sales teams
- Evidence of having contributed to multi-channel marketing lead generation initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A dynamic personality with the drive to identify, research, and prospect decision-makers
- Able to show evidence of working in an organization providing services to fast-paced, technology-driven markets. Games experience a plus
