Lead Game Designer, Multi-platform Action

THE JOB:
If you’re an experienced game designer with passion and skills for leadership, this is an opportunity to make your mark on a brand new action game set in a globally recognized sci-fi world. You'll have the chance to join a multi-platform project from its infancy and directly participate in developing the game direction.
YOUR MISSION:
- Lead the design team working on a new multi-platform action game set in a sci-fi world
- Work alongside the stakeholders to establish the game direction
- Lay out design goals and oversee all aspects of their delivery
- Work closely with production, art, and programming teams to maximize efficiency and quality
- Use playtests and metrics to make decisions and refine your team's work
- Manage your team members’ performance and training to help them excel
- Pitch creative ideas for new features and upcoming projects
YOUR SKILLS:
- 7+ years of experience as a game designer, or equivalent background
- Proficient English with outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Professional experience as a team lead with excellent management soft skills
- Proven experience designing and tuning turn-based strategy and first-person shooter games
- Experience designing games for PC and console platforms, knowledge of mobile market is a plus
- Working knowledge of Unreal Engine
