If you're an experienced game design leader with the ambition to grow and manage a world class service organization, this is the opportunity you're looking for! On this international team, you'll oversee talented designers providing expert game design services to clients in a range of genres and platforms. Its a dynamic environment where every day brings an exciting new challenge!
YOUR MISSION:
- Lead a team providing world-class game design services on a wide range of genres and platforms
- Oversee the design of engaging gameplay, metagame systems, exciting content, and more
- Work closely with our clients to identify their needs and plan projects to meet them
- Continuously improve the design culture and processes to deliver exceptional designs to our clients
- Manage your team members’ performance and training to foster growth and excellence
YOUR SKILLS:
- 7+ years of experience as a game designer, or equivalent background
- Professional experience as a team lead with excellent management soft skills
- Expert knowledge of a broad range of game design fundamentals
- Proficient English with outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Ability to quickly adapt and hit deadlines in a fast-paced and creative environment
- Collaborative spirit and love of teamwork
