Job Title: Lead Environment Artist
Team: Art & Animation
Location: SI HQ, Here East, London
Reporting to: Senior Producer (Art & Animation)

Position Overview

Sports Interactive are looking for a passionate lead environment artist to join our Art & Animation team working on the Football Manager series.

As lead environment artist, you will be responsible for leading the environment art team in taking assets from concept to a game ready state. You will be responsible for mentoring junior and mid-level environment artists and will work closely with the graphics programming team to help flesh out feature ideas and drive the direction of environment art in game.

You will work with your team to create in-game art assets working within time constraints and be responsible for setting and maintaining the quality benchmark. You will provide feedback as appropriate.
