- Regularly review work from the Environment team and provide timely, constructive feedback to ensure assets are cohesive and consistently hit the artistic and technical quality bar established.
- Maintain the Environment team’s scope of work by delegating tasks, planning estimates, and ensuring tasks are kept on-track to being completed by established deadlines.
- Elevate the artistic and technical skills of the department by identifying opportunities for the Environment team to incorporate next-gen tools, workflows, and techniques.
- Work with key internal stakeholders to develop scalable next-gen environment asset pipelines and workflows for internal staff and external outsourcing partners.
