Lost Boys Interactive is growing our DevOps practice to help level up our AAA clients’ DevOps capabilities. At Lost Boys, we bring our collective DevOps experience to our clients to help them modernize their infrastructure and operations via automation and leading technology solutions.
You will be working with our partner AAA game studio to lead a team building out CI/CD pipelines, enabling operations, and building out infrastructure in VMware and cloud environments. As an embedded member of an agile team, you will work to improve existing workflows and enable our client’s next generation game properties and tools.

Responsibilities
- Lead a new team of Lost Boys at our AAA partner studio
- Ensure that architectural changes are identified and discussed
- Understand new technologies and requirements and their impact on the pipelines
- Suggest and lobby for work on technical debt and non-functional improvements
- Identify skill gaps and resources needs in order to deliver on objectives
- Mentor team members and increase the amount of work that the team can deliver while maintaining quality
Required Technical Skills
A combination of experience with the following technologies is required:
- Linux system administration
- Cloud platforms: Azure or AWS
- OnPrem virtualization: VMware
- Cloud automation tools: Terraform (is preferred), CloudFormation
- Configuration management: Chef (is preferred), Vagrant, Ansible, Salt
- CI/CD: TeamCity and Jenkins (are preferred), Bamboo
- Programming/Scripting languages: Ruby, Go and Bash (are preferred), Python, C++
- Authentication: Active Directory, LDAP
- Networking: DNS, VPN, ACL, DHCP
- Version Control: Perforce and Git (are preferred), SVN
- Operating Systems: Linux, Windows
Beneficial Experience
Skills that are not required but would make a better candidate:
- HashiCorp Vault
- HashiCorp Packer
- Content Delivery Networks: Steam, Akamai, Cloudflare
- Containerization: Docker, Nomad, Kubernetes, Helm, Rancher
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on engineering experience
- B.S. (or higher) in Computer Science
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams
- Ability to write and maintain effective technical design documentation
- Ability to verbally articulate complex technical concepts
- Willingness to work in an on-call capacity on a rotational basis
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
