Snowdrop is a powerful game engine that enables Ubisoft content creators to set their creative minds free. Snowdrop provides the perfect canvas for game developers to paint the games of the future.
As a Content Specialist Lead, you will have the opportunity to work with ambitious, talented colleagues, and to manage a large amount of content, organize and distribute complex information about our in-house developed engine Snowdrop. You will lead a team of Content Specialists and make sure to develop and grow the team members. This is a management position and will require you to work on goal setting and team development. In this position, you will be frequently interacting with multiple teams and disciplines, to support and make sure they reach their targets and goals. You will interact with the Technical Director, Producer and other leads and keeping them up to date of the progress and current challenges.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Content Specialists and Technical Writers
- HR responsibilities; 1:1, check-in and salary reviews
- Plans strategies in improving knowledge management for Snowdrop
- Drives the team vision
- Facilitates the creation and manages the team OKR cycles
- Communicates the goals of knowledge management to varying teams
- Push and encourage innovation within the team
- Manage the monthly team planning
- Be responsible of building a strong team with an open feedback culture
- Organizing and rationalizing documentation for multiple products created and/or used at Massive
- Developing and defining content organization, information architecture, guidelines, and governance to create and ensure discoverable and relevant documentation

Besides the above we’re looking for someone aligned with our core values and the following skills and experience:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in knowledge management/product development
- Preferably worked in different organizations
- Familiar with documentation tools (i.e. Confluence)
- Management or leadership experience is good to have
- Project management knowledge is a plus
