Lead Community Manager
A young and ambitious video game publisher (PC/Consoles) is looking for a Lead Community Manager to take charge of our Community Management team, as well as build communities for our games from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Set community strategies and timelines for each of our titles; control strategy execution
- Manage a team of CMs, from daily tasks to long-term professional growth goals
- Lead by example by taking charge of some of our social media accounts & growing and engaging with their respective communities
Essential Skills and Experience:
- 1-year minimum experience as a Lead Community Manager, specifically managing a community team and developing its members
- 3-year minimum experience in communications or marketing in video games or adjacent industries
- Experience engaging, growing and maintaining communities across Discord, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram and other social networks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Up to date on the latest social media & gaming trends, and just being terminally online in general
Would Be a Plus:
- Second language (or third - the more the better!)
- Experience in working with influencers & influencer agencies
- Passion for indie games
