Partner with business teams and analytics/technology professionals to identify data and technology-related needs. Gather, document and review business requirements for data analysis and reporting projects. Work with end-users to define visual reporting needs for intended audiences and delivery formats. Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc. Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and AWS big data technologies. Develop or modify datasets, or specify additions or modifications necessary to meet

reporting requests. Build analytics tools (Tableau, SSRS, Google analytics or others) that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics. Establish scalable, automated processes for large scale data extraction, model development, model validation and model implementation. Effectively translate statistical findings into actionable recommendations for senior leaders on game design and business teams. Collaborate with data operations to ensure correct data sources and dataset development. Bring fresh perspective and new dimensions of analysis to bear on the challenge of identifying. Perform ad hoc analytical requests and report prototyping. Compile decks to summarize results and share findings. Telecommuting permitted during COVID-19 pandemic.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field plus 7 years of experience in related roles.

Requires at least 7 years of experience with the following:

- Translating business needs into technical requirements from a tracking, reporting and analysis perspective.

- Performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.

- SQL and analytic skills related to working with structured and unstructured data.

- SSIS, SSRS.

- Working in a data-intensive environment and understanding data warehousing concepts.

Requires at least 5 years of experience with the following:

- Programming languages Python or R.

Requires at least 2 years of experience with the following:

- Using Cloud services such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, or Google Cloud.

-Building and optimizing "big data" technology such as Spark.
