Your Mission
The primary responsibility of a lead business intelligence analyst is to manage security permissions within Tableau, conduct audits on access permissions, assist in training, troubleshooting, and testing of critical dashboards for the HR organization. Lead Business Intelligence Analyst will develop analysis and reporting capabilities as well as make small modification of existing dashboards. They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements
The lead Business Intelligence Analyst will be expected to successfully:
- Manage, Improve and audit permission strategy for Tableau
- Be primary lead on all non-automated dashboards
- Be primary lead on all ad-hoc data requests from the business
- Identify potential issues in dashboards and provide solutions for those issues
- Assist in training as a support member to answer questions
- Assist in dashboard development for QA check
Player Profile
Minimum Requirements:
- Education/Certification: Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience
- Lean and Agile certification preferred
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.)
- Strong sense of urgency
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
