Lead AI Engineer

Playground Games is looking for a Lead AI Engineer to join the Fable team, working on our brand new open world action / RPG title. You will join the team and project at an early stage, giving you the rare opportunity to shape the technology used to build a large-scale AAA title.

Your experience of designing AI systems for AAA games will see you leading a team of engineers to develop world leading AI for an exciting new title. Your skills and passion for AI will enable you to work closely with designers to produce engaging, exciting and innovative gameplay.

You are driven by a passion for software engineering, as well as delivering high quality, innovative solutions. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, so your ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively is vital. You are highly motivated and approachable, with a strong desire to push the boundaries of technology.
