About the role (the mission, why this role exists, the thing you do over and over again)
- Create 3D environments and assets for mobile games, including terrain, buildings, props, and other objects.
- Work with the art director and 3D art leads to ensure that all environments are visually consistent and meet the project's quality standards.
- Work with the game design and programming teams to ensure that all assets are optimized for mobile devices and meet performance requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques, tools, and best practices in the mobile game industry.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall development process.

- Assist in the creation of high-quality, optimized 3D environments and assets for mobile games.
- Contributions to the creation of visually stunning and immersive mobile game environments.
- Well-communicated and well-received contributions to the overall development process.
What you’ll need to be successful (competencies)
- You should be educated on the latest trends and have a strong perspective on how they relate to our current and future projects.
- Strong foundation in 3D modeling, texturing, and lighting in software such as Maya/3ds Max/Blender.
- Basic understanding of the Unity game engine workflows.
- Good knowledge of mobile optimization techniques and best practices.
- Willingness to learn, take direction and feedback, and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
